If your Account is managed by a PAMM Manager, you acknowledge and accept that the Company acts solely as your counterparty for executed transactions and holds no responsibility for the Manager's conduct, decisions, or representations. You understand that:

6.1 The Company does not endorse or guarantee the performance of any PAMM Manager or their trading strategy;

6.2 Managers act independently, are not agents or employees of the Company, and may engage in trades at their discretion;

6.3 The Company is not liable for any losses arising from the Manager's actions, and you warrant to indemnify the Company for any claims related to such actions;

6.4 By choosing a PAMM Manager, you accept the inherent risks of leveraged, pooled forex trading—including the potential loss of your entire investment, which may exceed your initial deposit

7. Acknowledgment of Risk

By trading through Hola Prime Markets, you acknowledge that trading involves substantial risk, including the possibility of losing your entire investment. You accept full responsibility for your trading decisions and agree that Hola Prime Markets will not be liable for any losses incurred.

8. Acceptance of Risk Warnings

8.1 Trading Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that trading leveraged and non-leveraged transactions is highly speculative, involves extreme risk, and is only suitable for those who can afford to lose more than their margin deposit.

8.2 Commissions and Other Charges Before you begin to trade, you should obtain a clear explanation of all commission, fees, mark-ups, markdowns and other charges for which you will be liable. These charges will affect your net profit or increase your loss

8.3 Risk-Reducing and Entry Order Strategies The placing of certain Orders such as 'Stop-Loss' Orders or 'Stop-Limit' Orders, 'Entry Buy' Orders or 'Entry Sell' Orders which are intended to limit risk, may not be effective because market conditions may make it impossible to execute these Orders. Strategies using combinations of positions, such as 'spread' and 'straddle' positions may be just as risky as taking long or short positions. Clients' Orders will become Market Orders when the predetermined price level is reached, even if the price is considerably different from the original Order.

8.4 Market Risk Understanding: You understand that low margin requirements in leveraged trading can result in significant losses exceeding your investment. Market conditions make it difficult or impossible to execute orders at desired prices, and you may be required to deposit additional funds on short notice to maintain positions. No guarantees of profit or loss protection exist in investment trading.

8.5 Suitability and Risk Factors: You should only trade if you understand the risks and have appropriate experience. Trading in leveraged securities may not suit many investors. Currency contracts are privately negotiated and not exchange-traded with no central clearing organization backing transactions. Counterparty risk exists with us and third parties, regulatory protections may be limited, and positions cannot be transferred to other parties. We may close positions without your consent in certain circumstances.

8.6 Trading Facility Limitations: Computer systems are vulnerable to disruption or failure, and system outages may prevent order execution or account access. Electronic trading differs from traditional markets, and technical failures may result in order execution problems. You must obtain a clear explanation of all fees, commissions, and charges before trading, as these will affect your net profit. Stop-loss and limit orders may not be effective in all market conditions and could result in worse execution than market orders.

8.7 Market and Operational Risks: Trading may be suspended due to market conditions, liquidity issues, or regulatory actions, affecting your ability to execute transactions. You should familiarize yourself with protections for client money and positions, as in insolvency situations, your funds may not receive priority over other creditors, and recovery may be limited. Profits and losses in foreign currency transactions will be affected by exchange rate fluctuations when converted to your base currency.

8.8 Jurisdiction and Execution Policies Trading in other jurisdictions may expose you to different regulations and reduced investor protections compared to your home market. 8.9 Current Policies: We do not currently offer foreign currency options. Trading in leveraged securities is highly speculative due to volatile prices influenced by interest rates, economic events, and market disruptions. Not all risks can be foreseen.
